The fully refurbished drive will be provided with our Full 2-Year Warranty.

In addition to diagnosing and repairing the fault(s) that caused the drive to fail, at NDC we follow stringent standards and ISO procedures for all processes in the refurbishment process including:

Fully disassemble unit; remove contamination, clean drive;

Replace all electrolytic capacitors;

Replace relays;

Reflow of dry joints;

Refurbish power supply module;

Refurbish pre-drive circuit;

Refurbish control card; Replace driver IC;

Following completion of the repair and all remedial work NDC performs full functional and load tests to rated capacity before returning the drive to the customer.
